Cocoa put the Kettle on


Here at Cocoa we love tea! We serve it the cafe everyday and sell it in bags to take home in the shop. (real one and online one) So let me take you through the many teas we offer here......



 This is your classic Breakfast tea made of aromatic Assam and Java tea leaves, perfect for your morning toast or afternoon tea.


 



 Our take on an classic Earl Grey Tea. Made from China-Ceylon black tea jewelled with bright blue corn flowers and flavoured with a touch of natural bergamot. One of our favourites!

 


Lapsang Souchong is a smokey and spicy black tea made by smoking the tea over pine woods rich in resin.

 




Darljeeling Tea, a clear medium amber colour of the cup yields a fresh, slightly spicy and grassy taste.





 Assam Tea, an earthy, spicy taste with a malty note

 





 Chai Tea, a black tea mixed with cardamon, aniseed, cinnamon, ginger, chicory & black pepper, will warm your cockles! Lovely with sugar and milk.



A real winter warmer made of black tea, Oranges pieces and various spices. Tastes like Christmas.

 




 Our best seller! A delicious blend of premium black tea, chocolate pieces, cocoa nibs, coconut & truffle oil. We serve this at our chocolate tasting evenings and it goes down a treat!

Chinese Green tea. Named 'gunpowder' as the tea leafs are rolled and appear as bullets.

Brazilian Brew

South American Mate, made from Holly leaves, sweet Orange peel & Liquorice.

 


 A wonderful fushia concoction made of Apples, Pineapples, Elderberries, Rose petals, Rose buds, Hibiscus blossoms, strawberries, cherries and cranberries.

 

Shepherd's Delight

A Tisane made of delicious berries, creating a deep pink. Red sky at night...

 


A lively, fresh and fruity hot version of the world famous cocktail. Made from apple pieces, hibiscus blossoms, rose hip peel, pineapple cubes, coconut shreds, flavouring.


 

Zesty Splash

Lemongrass, Ginger, liquorice & Mint. Together this mixture creates a refreshing cup to wake anyone up!


Snow White

Organic Chinese Pai Mu Tan White tea, a very special tea which is elegantly spicey.



 Ayurvedic tea, a wonderfully calming sweet blend of cinnamom pieces, liquorice roots, ginger pieces, fennel, orange peels, cardamom. Known for relieving stress.


Chocolate Cake Tea

South African Honeybush tea, with chocolate & caramel pieces with rose buds. A guilty free treat!


Scarlet Glow

South African Rooibos tea, a lovely ruby coloured non caffinated tea to be enjoyed with or without milk.

 

Soothing Blossom

Camomile blossoms to soothe you to sleep.

 

Mint Tingle

Spearmint leaves from Morocco, fresh and vitalising.

Floral Fancies


 Cocoa is full of floral treats and I just wanted to show you some of the best in bloom!

Here is a Berry tea made up with Rose buds and Hibiscus called Pink Potion Tea. A real floral concoction!


  

 This Jasmine tea, (Jasmine posy) is a light and refeshing green tea with Jasmine petals.


 

 This flowering tea is called Jasmine Arch, these beautiful petals uncurl into a work of art when added to hot water. These are served in the Cocoa cafe or you can buy them as buds to serve at home.

 

 Also served in the cafe is Fentiman's Rose Lemonade. We love these bottles to keep, for putting flowers in!

 

 In the Cocoa lounge we sell many floral gifts & baking goods, such as this beautiful vintage rose cake decorating set.

 

This cake mould makes any cake look special.

 

 These cookie cutters are a really simple idea for baking with the kids.

 

 These floral cases are beautiful to display your cupcakes in.

 

 And these sugared Rose petals are perfect for cake toppings.
