Getting ready for a sweetie bar this weekend

Kate and I went jar mad the other day to add to our collection. We sell these in the shop but they are also available to hire for special occasions.

 

Today I was filling them up for a wedding that takes place this weekend. Aneka and Roger are hiring the jars out (with sweets in) as well as two scoops and 100 paper bags.

 

For their wedding they chose Sweethearts...

In Cocoa, we have always kept a Cocoa comments book to encourage customers to have their say in the cafe. I love reading what they have put, especially if I am feeling a little glum, it always cheers me up. We get touching messages, artworks and even poems. This first one was written nearly 6 years ago now.
